Landlords stabilising primer is a water-based product specially formulated to seal unstable areas which remain powdery and chalky. This is dry wall primer. Suitable for living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garage areas. Ideal for interior and exterior walls. Great when preparing old walls for future work. A suitable primer undercoat for house.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Refer to health, safety and environmental information. Sand any glossy surfaces first (including laminate). Remove any loose or flaking material, make sure remaining surface is clean from dirt or grease. Bare concrete: Brush thoroughly with a wire brush to remove salt and dust build up. New concrete must be dry (4 weeks for every 2 inches of concrete). Repair any defects with an appropriate filler. Remember, new and absorbent surfaces need sealing.
NUMBER OF COATS
2 coats. If the colour change is strong, more coats may be required.
CLEANING
For water based product, simply remove paint from the brush or roller with a cloth & then wash with water. For solven based product, remove as much as possible paint from the brush or roller. Use special oil paint cleaners, if not possible use white spirit.
STORING
Store paint in dry conditions and protect from extreme temperatures.
RECYCLING
Don't waste unwanted paint. Take any leftover product to your community collection point.
